A lovely training performance from the Bradstock’s to get the very sizeable 18 hand Mr Vango ready first time to win the 3 mile novice hurdle at Haydock.
He made most of the running and was headed 3 out but showed real determination to battle back and get up close to the line. Previously he had won a 3 mile English Point to Point for Chris Barber by commanding 25 lengths.
He was bought with Mark and Sarah Bradstock at the Cheltenham February Sale for £30,000
