Chosen Hero travelled sweetly in her bumper taking it up over 2 furlongs out and winning comfortably by 3 lengths.
It made amends for her quiet run at Lingfield, she really enjoyed the soft ground and she’s bred to so, being by Flemensfirth and out of a Well Chosen mare.
Well Chosen – Flemensfirth is turning out to be one of my favourite crosses, having had success with Speech Bubble. It seems it works both ways.
Chosen Hero makes it 7 winners from 15 runners for Archie Watson and Hamilton Racing at a cool strike rate of 46%
