After a string of placed efforts this season Sambezi finally gets his head in front.
Making all from the start, he was given a peach of a ride by jockey Jack Andrews, who kept him wide throughout looking for the better ground. He increased the tempo going going down to the second last and quickly put the race to bed. Jack was looking left and right for dangers up the run.
Sambezi’s is by the good dual purpose sire Rajsaman who’s best progeny is Brametot winner of the French Guineas and Derby.
